Craig T. Downs is the founding and managing partner of Downs Brill Whitehead. Craig is a fourth generation native Miamian. He graduated from Florida State University in 1983 and St. Thomas University School of Law in 1988. Craig has over 18 years of experience as a personal injury attorney. He is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell – the highest rating available, denoting attorneys who have achieved consistent excellence in the law. Craig is licensed to practice in the state of Florida.

David W. Brill graduated from Franklin & Marshall College (B.A.; 1989) and the University of Miami School of Law (J.D.; Cum Laude; 1992). David is the managing partner of the Pembroke Pines, Broward County office which handles all areas of the Firm's practice. David is a former Assistant State Attorney for the 11th Judicial Circuit in Dade County, Florida (1992–1995).

Kevin W. Whitehead is one of the partners at Downs Brill Whitehead. He instituted and leads the Personal Injury Protection ("PIP") Division which is responsible for suing insurance companies for failing to provide auto insurance benefits to its insured members. Kevin has successfully tried over 100 cases relating to personal injury claims.
Kevin is an accomplished appellate attorney who has handled over 25 cases at the appellate level. Kevin is also known for his generosity and involvement in the community with such charities as MS, Big Brothers, and Big Sisters. He also volunteers his time doing pro bono work for an organization called Lawyers for Children, representing children in juvenile proceedings.
He attended George Washington University (B.A.;1991) and the University of Miami School of Law (J.D.;1995). Kevin is licensed to practice in the state of Florida, in both State and Federal Courts.

William M. Chapman graduated from Nova Southeastern University (B.S.; 1989) and the University of Miami School of Law (J.D.; Cum Laude; 2001). Bill represents individuals who have suffered significant and catastrophic injuries in Coral Gables, North Palm Beach, Pembroke Pines, Key West, and other communities. Jeremy D. Friedman graduated from the University of Michigan in 1995 and the University of Miami School of Law cum laude in 1997. Jeremy is the Managing Director of the commercial litigation division. Jeremy has extensive civil litigation experience representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in various business litigation and tort matters including but not limited breach of contract, real estate litigation, inheritance and probate litigation, collection and preserving of disputed assets, estate beneficiary representation, fraudulent transfer, piercing the corporate veil, creditor’s rights in bankruptcy, business torts, first party insurance claims, and admiralty contractual matters.
Jeremy is an experienced trial attorney having conducted trials at both the federal and state level. He has handled cases throughout the state of Florida as well as nationally, including in New York, Minnesota, and Louisiana. Jeremy is licensed to practice in the state of Florida, in both State and Federal Courts.
