MR. KEVIN W. WHITEHEAD: I see really the one common theme that runs through all the lawyers that work at Downs Brill Whitehead is exuberance. As lawyers we're charged to zealously represent our clients and everyone here that has handled a case zealously represents their clients from beginning to end.

MR. CRAIG T. DOWNS: I started this firm in 1990 with the idea that you needed a firm of size to stand toe-to-toe with the big insurance companies. But we also handle the small cases as well, and we pride ourselves on getting better recoveries than a lot of our competitors.

MR. WILLIAM M. CHAPMAN: You get the benefits of a big firm environment with a small firm interaction.

MR. KEVIN W. WHITEHEAD: We have a fully bilingual staff, we're able to not only meet with the clients and communicate with them to get all the necessary facts to get all the necessary facts that we need to begin the case, but also we're able to use that in terms of communicating with other people who may be involved in the case.

MR. DAVID W. BRILL: What I love about what we do is we do it for the right reason, we're successful at it, but the success is secondary to just doing the right thing.
